Prices vary according to the size of the pool you require, location and amount of time and work involved to prepare the area ready for the installation.
We have highly qualified gardeners who can design a garden to meet your needs and advise on the best types of plants and shrubs for your type of soil and orientation.

Extensions & Renovations
If you currently own a villa which needs a complete interior upgrade or now feels a little small we can advise on how to effectively maximise the space and create a special look to increase the value of your property.
In most cases your property can be reconfigured to suit your lifestyle. For example you may wish to turn a fourth bedroom into a study/dining room,enlarge your kitchen, add an en-suite bathroom or dressing area.
If you have just bought an old villa which you would like to upgrade, our team can advise on design ideas to suit all budgets. We can offer a huge range of bathrooms, kitchens, windows, tiles, doors, fireplaces, central heating and air conditioning systems.
If you have outgrown your property but love the location why not extend saving you the expense and stress of buying and selling?
When you are considering undertaking an extension we have to work within the many rules and regulations set by the local Town Hall. In Spain if your property is in an urban area you are currently allowed to build up to 20% of your plot size.
When clients are considering adding an extension which increases the ground area of their property, or adding a first floor to the property, we will need to draw up a detailed design of the proposed extension and submit this as a project to the Town Hall for approval. Once the project has been submitted, approval can take 2-3 months.
Designing Your Home
When commissioned we create beautiful, sophisticated homes for all tastes and budgets. There is no greater joy than creating your perfect home with every room having the space and orientation you desire. We can arrange for you to view a selection of villas which we have previously been commissioned to build so you can see the quality of both the interior and exterior of our properties.
Securing the right plot, if you haven’t already done so, is our first challenge. A small selection of plots currently for sale can be viewed through our property search. However, we can easily source other plots should you find nothing suitable.
When your plot has been secured, our design team will meet with you to discuss your villa design, costs involved and advise on the current rules and regulations set by the Town Hall.
For an example you can currently build a property up to 20% of the size of your plot. Therefore a plot of 1000m2 should receive permission to construct a villa of 200m2.
Once you have agreed a design the project will be submitted to the Town Hall for approval which can take up to 3 months. Once the project has received approval we can commence building your villa which will take around 12 months to complete. All our villas have a 10 year guarantee.
